Doctoral Program of Foresight for Educational Leadership and Technology Management, DEFD

The DEFD’s Doctoral Program “Foresight for Educational Leadership and Technology Management” focuses on three major fields: “Foresight and Education Futures”, “Education Policy and Leadership”, and “Technology Management and Innovation”. It aims to cultivate students four sets of skills: organizational leadership skills and skills related to the use of technology, skills for social design and skills for a changing world. The Doctoral Program of Foresight for Educational Leadership and Technology Management prepares graduates to do work for the public good, in the education public sector and in high-impact positions for entrepreneurial organizations. Graduates of Foresight for Educational Leadership and Technology Management program find positions in system-level leadership in nonprofit organizations, national and local departments of education, school systems and private corporations.
